08:11:15 <gbyers> No; as you noted, it's an ObjC frontend.   ObjC is a superset of C; C++ is a different language.

08:14:11 <gbyers> Not that I know of.  You might consider using SWIG, which has an option to generate info for CFFI.  You'd have to change GCC and some large parts oƒ CCL's FFI.
